What we collect
When you send a project brief, we receive your name, email address, business name if given, and what you write. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Briefs are delivered to our inbox by an email provider. Neither uses your data for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing me@archii.co.uk. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
